Joyce Louise (Gayle) Adams

Joyce Louise Gayle Adams was born on September 23, 1953 in Kingston, Jamaica to parents Latitia Gordon and Ruben Gayle.  She had 7 brothers and 1 sister. 

She was a wonderful wife to her husband Kenneth, beloved mother to 4 sons, doting grandmother to 7 grandsons and 3 granddaughters and her favorite and only great granddaughter Kassanie.

Aunt Joyce, as she was affectionately called, was a housewife caring for her family when she migrated to America in 1998. There she worked for a little while but couldn’t stay away from home for very long. She shared her time between Jamaica and America.

She was a caring and affectionate grandmother not only to her grandchildren but also to other children who she treated as her own.

On January 5, 2019 she departed this life to be with her Lord and Saviour.

Aunt Joyce leaves behind dear husband Kenneth. Son Donahue, his wife Stephanie, grandsons Donahue, Deandre and Dante. Son Ray, grandchildren Tiffany, Travis and Sheneka. Son Mitch and grandchildren Quincy and Keyana. Son Kenneth, his wife Jhenell and grandsons Greyson and Kristian. She also leaves her only sister Carmen, brothers Randolph, Ruben, Donavan and Sheldon. 

She will surely be missed by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
